0503238FUL Extension to dwelling - 42 Windsor Road – Recommendation REFUSAL as drawings have the wrong address and have been changed. Also confusing as unable to determine what they are proposing to do.
0503275FUL Erection of 90 houses - land adjacent Wigmore Farm Silver Street – Recommendation REFUSAL – as very little improvement has been made on the previous application. Layout is still poor, environmental issues have not been addressed, the lake is a safety concern, impact of new properties on sewerage system and traffic flow around London Road have not been considered.
