04/03385/LBC Lowering of floor level to sitting room – 35 West Street. Recommendation: APPROVAL.
04/03452/S73 Removal of agricultural occupancy condition on planning permission 94/01513 and in schedule attached to S106 Agreement. Recommendation: REFUSAL because of possibility of development outside the area in the Local Plan.
04/03557/FUL Extension to dwelling – 7 Pettit Road. Recommendation: REFUSAL because this is a repeat of a previous application that was refused and there are no changes the original application.
04/03554/FUL Erection of conservatory – 32 Kisby Avenue. Recommendation: APPROVAL subject to there being no objections from neighbours.
H/05026/04/CW Variation of condition 1 of planning permission H/0003/01/CW to extend time limit for infilling of a former brickyard by 3 years to 31 Dec 07. Recommendation: APPROVAL subject to a limit of 1 year and continuation of existing products being deposited.
H/05027/04/CW Variation of condition 1 of planning permission H/0002/01/CW to extend time limit for infilling of a former brickyard by 3 years to 31 Dec 07. Recommendation: APPROVAL subject to a limit of 1 year and continuation of existing products being deposited.
04/03531/FUL Extension and alterations to dwelling – 28c St Ann’s Lane. Recommendation: REFUSAL because the development would significantly change the character of the area and there would be a concomitant reduction in off-road parking provision.
04/03058/FUL Erection of 4 flats – 25 Cambridge Road. Recommendation: APPROVAL subject to concerns regarding the velux windows in the roof space overlooking the road and the entrance to the development also overlooks the proposed cycleway and bus shelter to the front.
