As part of a community focused initiative, Twigden Homes have sponsored the cost of supplying safety education packs to Godmanchester Primary School.

Produced by The Access Partnership, the packs have been designed with the co-operation of the emergency services, child protection experts and teachers to ensure that serious safety messages are delivered in the most effective way, fitting neatly into the education syllabus. By providing colourful posters and bookmarks highlighting basic information and advice, the children are encouraged to feel safe, involved and reassured. Classroom activity handbooks provide teachers with suggested activities and discussion topics linked to the national curriculum and include subject such as bullying, first aid, road safety, vandalism and fire safety.

Twigden Homes, currently building a development of 43 homes on Roman Way, Godmanchester, are conscious of the valuable role of young people in the local community and are happy to support Godmanchester Primary School in this way.

Although building is still in the early stages, Campbells, who are acting on behalf of Twigden Homes as the selling agents at ‘Lavender Grove’, have already taken two reservations off-plan and are reporting keen interest in the three-bedroom houses that are currently available priced from £185,000.
